1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using any application developed by ferdi.app ("we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our applications.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our applications for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the Apple App Store Terms of Service.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the applications
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the applications
• Rent, lease, or lend the applications to third parties
• Use the applications for any illegal purpose

3. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

Some of our applications offer in-app purchases and subscriptions:

• Payment: All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not have access to your payment information.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription anytime through your Apple ID settings.
• Refunds: Refund requests must be made through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our applications, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, are the exclusive property of ferdi.app and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our applications are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the applications will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ferdi.app shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of our applications.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our applications after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
